Does anyone know where are the good places for changing foreign currency with best price offered? I heard that banks charge some fees for it.
Thanks.

$100 = 63.42 Eur at current rates. So they charged you 11 Eur For the Conversion. That sux.
Well, there is always American Express in the Friedrichstr (not far from the Sbahn) but I don't know what commission they charge. I have always find that the best way to get foreign currency in Europe is to draw it from the cash machines using your Euro/Maestro bankcard. One gets the best exchange rate that way. They do have a surcharge, so one should make sure that one withdraws larger, rather than smaller amounts.
