How best to entertain a German bird?

Struck it lucky with a german bird recently and need some recommendations for dinner. Anyone have any suggestions. Was gonna suggest indian but anything more spicier than an ice cube is about her limit. I don't fancy german food. So anything good but not too pricey - I am not tight but am wary about return on investment...if you know what I mean.

'Ang on, I'm supposed to try to only make constructive useful posts. Mate, you're onto a loser. You get out what you put in. If you like her then take her for a decent meal (I'd go Yum Thai - you don't have to order a hot option) and don't be such a fcuking miserable tightarse.

Sushi might be a nice choice (though she'll need to be into the raw fish thing)... If you want a more fun atmosphere there places like Roxy where the food is pretty good (and a wide variety) plus it's a lively bar (and you can get her a bit drunk )... I'm sure there are plenty of places depending on what ambiance, etc you're going for.

but if you must go out with a german bird instead of some quality ex-pat material, take her to an Italian like Osteria la Vechia Maseria near Sendlinger Tor, it's cheap enough for a sod like you and romantic enough for her to be fooled into thinking she's with a nice guy.

true I spose..but being the little piggy i am I'd have to go for the food first at least !
can only recommend vechia masseria, great food, full of mad exuberent italians..only downside is its a bit noisy
