I sat in the tram this morning and tried to read someone elses maps in the suddeutsche showing bombed areas of München. but not far enough north. I was out for a short walk on sunday and was looking at the architechture around our house whch is 1900 and was wondering what happenedto the other houses, I did buy own paper but the map stops before our house. anyone any idea where to look, I have wiki#d and googled and all I can think of. my interest started through trying to drill holes in our wall, and I couldnt beleive the structure was post war conversion ( we are nearly, wattle and daub). as said any links etc would interest me.

I think that I have a map at home, my ex gave it to me decades ago. Send me a PM so I don't forget to look.
EDIT: It's by Falk Verlag.

Hi,
there is a book called: "FLIEGERALARM : Luftangriffe auf München 1940 - 1945" by Richard Bauer
You might get it on ebay, but they also have it in the Munich Stadtbibliothek (Gasteig).
has lots of fotos!
kind regards,
Regina
