Filming companies for video recording an event

Hi,

I actually struggled with this title as I guess that people don't video anymore but record on DVD or something...(what's that called?).

Anyway, I need a company to record a two day conference in the Munich area to a high professional standard. Does anyone have any personal recommendations which don't cost the earth?
