Guests can't read the Misc threads

Just had this mentioned to me and checked it out myself. As a guest you can read all the other threads. Excepts in Misc where you can only read the topic titles but not the content. Why's that then?

Well, they should log in, make themselves known ! or register and vote for the TT elections.
