Landsmanns bärer str have just got in some great RedLeicester, from England Bio production and it is gogeously tangy, am just off, right now so there is still some left for me. They also do a great cheddar from England. I bought 200g of the Red leicester and me and Siobahn have just demolished it. smile.gif

I found some Chedder in my local Globus, It was not that good a quality but it was just great. They have never had it in again.

suffering a cheese hangover, the Red Leicester is great, I feel guilty not sharing this as it is the real thing OK its organic but so was most of the food I ate as a kid in the yorkshire dales. they have it about every week towards the end of the week and the cheddar is nearly always there, made under control of the british soil association, I guess that means the grass the cows eat and not the fields where the cheese grows.
