Cheap, decent hotel rooms in Prenzlauer Berg

Hi.
Just wondering if anyone knows of a cheap / clean / value for money hotel or hostel.
Preferably not too far from Prenzlauerberg / Mitte.
A slightly older relative is visiting in a couple of weeks & I need to find somewhere for her to stay for ten nights.
She would need a room without breakfast for around €30 a night.
If anyone out there knows of anywhere suitable-it would be much appreciated!

I've had friends stay there and found it quite pleasant. And no it's not just for youth.

Unfortunately I can't get a room there for the full ten nights because they're booked up at the weekends.
So I'm still looking, if anyone has any ideas.

The Meininger hostels arent too bad - theres one in Kreuzberg, and mitte...all rooms include linen, breakfast and TV - and are ensuite..
