Just thought I'd pop my head in and say hello. Is that the point of this forum? Couldn't see many other boring "it's all about ME" posts but I've always fancied being a trailblazer so it's all good.

Am moving to Berlin in a week's time for... a while. Have spent time in various German cities in the past - I'll be honest I'm a serial-city-hopper, dedicated "career" dodger (no line manager position in BHS's restaurant for me!) and essentially a bit of a nomad at heart. Not to be confused with gonad... that's my brother, who has been pissing his life away in HH for the last seven years. Hopefully it all work out so wonderfully for me!

Seems like a great place to shoot the breeze (chat codshit, in translation, which is incidentally one of my favourite pasttimes) so I'll be making great use of these forums I'm sure. Any Berliners (not the sweet, glazed kind... well those are welcome too, to be honest) who like drinking themselves into a stupour while still retaining an air of superiority are likely to be my new best friends. Accept me! Love me! Liquor me (up)! I jest... I think...
