Ever been interested in nanotechnology? Perhaps not yet, but the NanoTruck tour of Germany, hosted by the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, hopes to change that view.

This project aims to inform and educate the public, and especially kids (i.e. future researchers, as the project aims to promote careers in this section too), about nanotechnology and the various branches which use it, from medicine via IT to enviromental protection. Two floors of displays, information, films and helpful technical types are on offer.
If that wasn't cool enough, there's a 5-minute laser show and tons of stuff to poke and play with. Unleash your inner engineer geek.

As the bus will be stopping at the Deutsches Museum, the nanoTruck organisers have decided to include the neighbours, so the mornings will be used for EPO groups only.

Opening times:
Tuesday 9.45-12.30 EPO Groups only, 1.30-5.00 Public viewing
Wednesday 9.00-12.30 EPO Groups only, 1.30-4.00 Public viewing

Entry: free

Next stops on the tour.

Yay for Nano-technology! Thanks for the hint!
Just one more thing to add, seems like the truck is only here on April 1st and 2nd.
