Hello from Berkeley, CAgirl.
Your best bet are products from "Du Darfst" (although I don't believe in them myself, overpriced and full of carbs), look for anything that says "Truthahn" or "Puter". Another source would be Turkish shops, they have lots of turkey-based products (no pun intended!).
You can ask your local butcher if he will grind turkey for you, that would be Putenhackfleisch or Truthahnhackfleisch. Or buy yourself a small food processor and mince the fresh turkey breasts (Putenbrust) from your local grocery store.

hi...yeah she is right..."truthan" > that´s the male turkey..."pute"> that´s the female turkey...and "puter"> is another name for male turkey.
if you see "puten/truthanbrust-filet" it means it´s the filet of the breast. most of the other products are made with additional bacon ( like "fleischwurst" or "truthahn-salami")..just really go after the words pute and truthan and you can´t go wrong...and if you just want to have a pure filet then buy "putenbrustfilet/truthahnbrustfilet" :-D they are sold in every supermarket.
