Tanning salons in Berlin

My german is very bad so I am a little worried about this issue. I am starting to get a little pasty and would love to find a tanning place but like I said my German is very bad so I am worried about not being able to understand and this is not something that I want to guess on. Does anyone know of a place that is reputable and can speak some english? I can do beds or spray but I would like somewhere. Let me know please.

Going on holiday soon and the extended winter has done nothing to prepare for my tan.

I used to get a spray tan at a salon back in the UK, does anyobody know of a good one (ie where they have gone and didnt look streaky afterwards?). Preferably i would prefer those done by hand to cabins, im too scared of the "one mississipi, two mississipi" factor as shown by Ross in Friends!
