Go to Interhyp.de, or Dr-Klein, and print off the loan quote that you're looking for. Take it to your own bank, and they will match what's on offer.

Fabeli if you use a mortgage broker chances are you will end paying more for for your mortgage. Who do you think pays the mortgage broker?

Somewhere on the Sueddeutsche web site it lists all the mortgage rates by the banks and other financial institutions. You will find the best rate that way and then deal direct with them.
