Cheap hotels in Munich

Easy Palace and Motel One, both have web pages and are not expensive.

Golden Leaf Park Hotel in Lehel. Modestly priced, very clean and comfortable, quiet but central location with all transport links.

Anybody familiar with the Atlas City hotel, Paul Heyse str. 18. Says its near the train station -- would this be a suitable area for two women staying alone? I'm just checking on some hotels for my cousin and her friend who want to come visit in October and this hotel is by far the cheapest on HRS... they advertise on hostel websites apparently and its new.
