Hi,

I was once in a cafe in Schellingstr, between barerstr and Türkenstr, they serve crepes and waffles as well as brunch on sundays. Does anyone know this place ?

Cheers

Ok I had brunch there today and was really dissapointed. Service was lousy. The waitress was unfriendly and looked so annoyed. We finished our breakfast and 45 minutes later our empty plates were still standing on our table and they did not even bother ask whether we wanted to drink or eat something else.
I don't recommend it !!!

Isnt it the case everywhere?

No!
Well I'll stick now to the places where I know that the service is good! Love the Turkish place next to my place but it was close today and they do not serve brunch anymore...

To my experience (I usually eat out and tip well), it is very difficult to find good service in Maxvorstadt on Sundays. I tried most if not all of the cafes around and even places i got great service during weekdays, suck on Sundays.(i.e Vorstadt cafe or Cafe Puck). Nowadays i avoid Turkenstrasse/Schellingstrasse after 9.30 in the morning during weekends and go to some rogue place on Leopoldstrasse like Cafe Munchen.
