Hey all,

I am currently in the early stages of researching a non-profit here in Berlin and I was wondering if anyone on here has experience in doing this and/or can give me some advice. I wish for it to be a non-incorporated non-profit in the beginning to keep things simpler and more managable for the first year or so.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
