Hello all,

I have just relocated and my family will join me on July 1st, and we are looking for a house in the Würmtal area as both work (my company is Bernried, 5km from Tutzing) and school (My 5 yearold daughter will be going to MIS and my 2 year old to BusyBees) are in that area.

Does any TTer have tips on where is best to live (Gauting, Garfeling, Starnberg or should we look at Pasing?) and if there are real estate agents that speak English? I have been looking at the Scout24 site, but haven't found any real offers.

I know that many people leave around July 1st, so we would be glad to hear about anybody who might be leaving (and also buy some of their furniture, or even their car!).
