Job: English-speaking experienced nanny sought

We're looking for an experienced, native English or American nanny for our 2 year old son. We're based close to Stuttgart.

how close to stuttgart? i live in Hoffenheim. its quite a distance, but maby its closer than i thought. Where exactaly? In a 20 year old, who loves kids. My native languages are English and Afrikaans. I worked in America as a n Au Pair, and besides that, i have a lot of child care behinde my name! Let me know.

I am German and I am a 21 years old student here in Stuttgart. I am a very experienced babysitter and I am looking for an English speaking family I can work for. I spent years with babysitting kids of all ages. The Last year I spent in the United States as an Au-pair in a very nice family. They had 4 kids age 6 and 3 as well as newborn twins.
I am missing the kids a lot since I am back in Germany and I also miss speaking the language. Which is why I am looking for a nice family that needs a babysitter every once in a while or maybe even regularly in the evenings. Although, I would prefer to watch infants or kids under 4, I wouldn't mind watching older kids either. I am familiar with your language and I could even teach your kids a little German if you would like me to. Since I am a busy student I am looking for a job especially in the evening.
I am very creative, active, open-minded, loving and responsible.

I received my associates degree in English elementary education and completed my student teaching in a sixth grade classroom of boys deemed too violent to be in regular classes. While the prospect of teaching in this classroom was daunting, it was extremely rewarding. I realized that children reflect and mirror the behaviors around them. When provided love, support, and proper boundaries, they will flourish. I would maintain a respect of individuality for your baby and provide a nurturing, safe environment for his self expression. I am very hands on with babies and think that a balance of affection and age-appropriate interaction is the best road toward his security being away from his mother. I have been providing childcare under these guidelines for the past ten years working with children of all ages and needs - from guiding a seventeen-year-old single mother of two, to full-time home care for a three-year-old suffering from completely debilitating autism. Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, there's quite a distance between Duesseldorf and Stuttgart (a couple of hours by train or car) so this won't work. If you happen to move to Stuttgart some time, drop me a line!
