Regular English/German meet up in Mainz

Hello,

Every last Friday of the Month I will organise one English /German Meet up Group between Mainz and Wiesbaden.

the Group is in mixed age and gender .

there is only one english native Spaeker there but anyway if you do like to have one good chat with open minded people .

talking about all around the World ... have interkulture kontact and and and ... it is not important if you are native or not ...

Is English or German spoken at the meets?

I'd be interested along with my boyfriend but we are more interested in practicing our German or rather my boyfriend needs to practice not me... If we come and people only speak to him in English it'll be a bit frustrating for him.

Oh I love that restaurant by the way great choice.

We meet every last Friday of the Month and we do speak English !!!

actually we try to speak English and Colin my English Friend is upset because nobody do understand his English Jokes ...

no worry we can establish one englisch German Table .. so we will switch from English to German...

This Event should a benefit both sides ...

I would be interested in this as well! I could sit at the german table until I get confused which won't take long :-) then switch sides!

Hi everyone - I'm Colin the native English speaker that Timo refers to. Come along - it's good fun. I've lost track of all the conversations we've had!! It really is enjoyable. But I'm not joking, Timo, English food really is good!! ;-)

I'd be interested in coming along to one of your get togethers and adding to the native speakers. The only snag is I have to work until 11p.m next Friday but would like to come to the next meeting in April.

Sorry I am not going to be able to make it now due to work committments! Will come along for the April one though.
