Special coaching for driver's licence theory test

Hi all,

I don't know if I'm the only one, but I am having terrible trouble passing the theoretical driver's licence here. My German is good and I have tried to do it both in German and in English but have failed it now 4 times. Is there any special coaching one can take to get through this thing? I have an Australian driver's licence and I seem to remember that the questions weren't anywhere near as confusing as these German ones.

When I took mine, I just sat down with the all the actual tests that could possibly be given and memorized the questions. It didn't take long, and I passed the first time with flying colors. The tests aren't all completely different. They just contain various combinations of 100 or so questions. Your driving school should be able to get them for you. They should have already gotten them for you.

Hi, I also need to take the German theoretical exam to convert my US license into a German one. Do you know where I can buy/find the English versions of the sample tests to study on my own? Or must you take a class in order to take the German test? Also, do you know if there are set dates that I can take the exam or can I do it any time?
