Was at Elisenhof (small indoor shopping center near Hauptbahnhof North) the other day. There were NO smoking signs plastered all over, but all of the restaurants had tons of smokers smoking the place up?!
Is it legal? I know that smoking was banned from OEZ. Just don't understand the deal.
