Old, jobless, and non-German speaking - Frankfurt

I am 58 years old and moved to Wiesbaden one year ago.My german is minimal so I am finding it hard to find a job at my age.I have had several years expierience working at Heathrow and Gatwick Airports as a security guard but at Frankfurt Airport I seem to be getting nowhere because of my basic german speaking.I'm English and speak good Spanish. Has anybody any advice??

I recently saw an ad recruiting security personal in FRA. They were a job agency, probably don’t pay good, but a foot in the door. Give me a day or two and I’ll send the address. Chin-up.
