Hello!
I am planing to visit Australia for 3 weeks in August/September.
I would like to visit Sydney, the Great Barrier Reef and Ayers Rock. I am flying into Sydney and would like to know what is the best way to visit all these places? Would you recommend tours booked from Munich or from Australia?
Any advice on good tours would be appreciated.

That's a heck of a distance to cover in 3 weeks, especially if done overland, so you may want to look at internal flights.
If you really want to go by bus: YHA Australia Reef & Rock which is a combination Greyhound bus and YHA hostel deal, no age restriction either but isn't an organised tour - it is just scheduled buses and hostels put together as you choose.
Oz Experience might also be worth a look, but I've never used them.
