Have you tryed the capoeira classes, are they good?

No I haven't but might be up for giving it a go.

As for Step yes I am in - actually I had to stop step for a few weeks due to ankle problems after a snowboarding injury. But I should be fine now and eager to get back into it. What about next Monday?

I am Vijay , I take Free Yoga classes in Frankfurt every sunday from 1600 HRS to 1800 HRS. Please find the Yoga Notice in attached file.

The classes are running for the last seven weeks. Yoga taken is ashtanga yoga

including (Meditation)Samyama , Pranayama and Asana.

Teaching yoga is free but temple authorities may request for a minimum donations(5-10€ per month) for the temple maintenance.

This place is in Nordend right on Bergerstrasse. I have not tried it as I am not ready to do the monthly subscription yet and at these prices you need to go several times a week to make it worthwhile (at least for my budget). I may jump in on the free yoga just to get started again.
