My glove is back in Canada, do you have extras or ones to share?
disciple
Yes, all sizes... (lefty and righty)...
Julia-Rocky
I would very much like to play, but I'm not 25 yet.

How did I miss this? I'm definitely in - I was afraid I wouldn't find softball over here...

Please send me a PM with more info if possible. I'll also send an email to the contacts listed.

Thanks!

Is it very serious? How often do ya play/practice?
jen13
Hi, would it be possible to find out when the practices and games are? I would be interested in joining depending on the dates.
Thanks! rolleyes.gif

The website of the disciples has more information about the teams, practices, and games .
disciple
Sorry for the long time you had to wait.

This Sunday was our Season Opening, and now we know when we can use our field for practise.
Training is on Monday from 18.00 - 20.00 o'clock. (unless the weather is horrible)
We have enough Gloves (for right- and lefthand throwing), and Bats if you don't have equipment.

Feel free to visit us, try it and maybe ... join us.

We're looking forward to meet you guy's !
Carm
darn I work til 8 on mondays.

I wanna play! Played for 4 years back in Canada. Does it cost anything? Where do I sign up?

The website is in German and, well, I can't read German sad.gif
disciple
@carm, i think we find a way for that problem...
Give me a few days ...
Short Corner
Interested in playing as well. Just moved here from California and stumbled across your fields Monday afternoon.
UrbanAngel
Mr Wilson - I can read German but to be honest the website is really horrible to navigate. I couldn't find any info on prices which usually means that it's free but I'm not 100% sure that I didn't overlook the info.

Ok, ok, our website is sometimes hard to navigate even if you can read german ;-)

The Haar Disciples are an registered Club. There are two types of Memberships. The first is the
active one, it is for Players in League Teams, like our Baseball or (Woman´s) Softballteam or the Juniors.
The second is the passive one, it is for parents or passive members which would like to support the Club. Also the
Players from the Mixed (named BBQ) Team are passive members.
The fee for that kind of membership starts at 25€ per Year.

@mrwilson: Just visit us next Monday (unless there are 10 inches of snow on the field^^) and we will answer all your questions..
mjbrokster
Are the teams full? Do you have room for more?
Carl46
I sure wish that I could join one of your teams. I played and coached a co-ed softball team in the U.S. Since I have been in Germany, I have had three knee surgeries and my doctors advised me to give up sports that involve running.

Good luck this season!
