Ideas for bruschetta toppings

What are your favourites?

Thinking of experimenting with a selection of bruschetta this evening. So far I have:

Blue cheese, pear, and walnut
Mushroom and goat's cheese
Tomato, basil, parmesan,
Rocket, prosciutto, toasted pine nuts

(stomach rumbles in anticipation smile.gif )

Any ideas much appreciated!

Tomato, basil, garlic, olive oil, all finely chopped.

A mix of feta and ricotta, topped with red onions, cherry tomatoes and basil sautéd in olive oil.

Roasted rep pepper pesto with chopped bits of grilled brown mushrooms - parsley to top off

We had a delicious bruschetta at a restaurant- the chef said he used the tiny button mushrooms (cut in half) with a sauce of white wine, cream (just a little), parsley and garlic. Yum!!

Thanks guys,
I did a good selection using some of those ideas.
Also did a sweet bruschetta for dessert with toasted brioche, a spreading of creme fraiche mixed with vanilla sugar, and topped with strawberries soaked in cointreau and icing sugar.
Top nosh! Would definitely recommend it.
