I inherited a jar of blueberries that are swimming in a purplish liquid. I have plenty of recipes for the blueberries (muffins, pancakes... etc.).
My question is: Other than making smoothies what can I do with the purplish liquid, or should I indeed do anything with it other than throw it out?
Thanks.

Thanks Bell.
Should have written 'Other than smoothies
and jelly..' though (The thoughts of jelly alone make me feel queasy)

Use it to replace part of the liquid in all your blueberry recipes. Pour it on your müsli. Heat it up with the same to twice as much sugar and make a syrup for pancakes.

Or make blueberry coulis and pour it or around any dessert to make it look posh!
