I just had an awesome "bio-buffet" at Weber on the Calwer passage. Lots of muesli, breads, cheese, fruit, eggs. Lively atmosphere and only 8.70 euro.
The Calwer Eck Brau on the Calwer Strasse does a decent 'all you can eat' brunch for 8 Euros a head. Calwer Eck
