BTW a couple of the reviews say it's difficult to talk in this place, maybe they have tables outside?

They have a few tables outside, but as far as I remember they close the outside area at around 9 pm.
Drinks are good, food has never been impresive, you can eat it, but there's better. Music on weekends is great, the downside is it gets extremely crowded.
I don't know if there's dancing music on Thursdays.

Which game? So far all natives attending pronounce the Z as in GroSS and not as in THink
Apart of that, a USSR-FRG final would be more interesting.

I am not sure for the 3rd nor the 4th, but I'll come if I am in Munich.

Hola, does anybody know how noisy it is in the Buena Vista? Can we talk spanish there?

Thursday night at Buena Vista is not that noisy, but after 11pm could get really busy. Outisde tables stay open until 10:30pm. In any case this place is for social drinking, eating and dancing after 10:30pm so no need to jump around different bars or salsa places. I think that the suggested date might be too soon, but we will see

Would be nice to meet next week... I'll be out of town in vacation afterwards and speaking Portuguese all the time (or almost...). That's why I will keep trying July 3rd... if doesn't work I'll wait for the next one after I'm back to Munich, I can then always practice my "Portunhol" hehehehe
