Construction work near the Lowenbräukeller

A couple of months ago a WWII bomb was found while construction workers were digging near the Löwenbräukeller. I drive past there pretty often and am wondering what is going to be built in that triangle between Dachauer Strasse, Nymphenburger Strasse, and Sandstrasse. I did try a google search but was unsuccessful. Does anyone know?

A fancy new apartment complex, called Nymphenburg app´s I think. I in my opinion it would make a much nicer park!

Same could be said about any of your apartment blocks too. I think one of the things people absolutely cannot complain about in this hell-hole of a shitty is the amount of green space.

Yeah! It could be a self-supporting Bio Condo Park, people could live in trees, fertilise their own crops, (using their own crap) and show their kids nature as a straight in your face experience! I´m all for it! Ban the luxury apps, back to basics, is what I say!
All those in favour of Ruthies idea say "BIO"!

It will probably be as beautiful as our wonderful eyesore - Ackermann Bogen, which was all green when we rented here for the nice Olympiapark view that we no longer have.
