Venues suitable for hosting a music course

Hello To All,

I need some help to find the proper location for a music course I must organise.
The course is being planned for KW 42 or 43 (OCTOBER 2008)

The location should be in the Munich area but must not necessarily be in the city

Required is: 4 or 5 rooms for teaching groups of 10.

Either in the same building or very near by we would also require accommodation for ca. 40 people,
including 3 daily meals and a bar for a few beers in the evening.

Either something along the line of a hostel or small hotel maybe ?
Obviously it must be taken in to consideration that it will be loud due to the musical instruments.

Has anybody got a suggestion for a location ?

How about asking hotels which offer conference facilities?

A friend of mine was enthusing over a conference which had been organised in Kloster Andechs. I think that they slept at the Kloster too. Plenty of beer available there...
Of course it could be pricy.

For a venue, you can try the Eine Welt Haus. I've only been there twice but I recall that they had rooms for groups to rent out. They also have a restaurant there. Can't really offer you any more info other than that and a link:
