I received a framed picture as a present. Unfortunately there's some woodworms in the frame.
I bought some anti Holzwurm stuff at the Baumarkt, tried to spray it, to inject it with a syringe, no luck, there's still some sign of activity from the little bastards.
Is there some wood specialist in Frankfurt that could treat the wood or, if needed, replace the frame?
thanks
Ivan

You can try this lot. They did a table for us.

If you can take the frame apart (and it has no metal parts) you can microwave the pieces. It kills both woodworm and the larvae quickly.

http://www.krebsmuehle.de/anfahrt.phpThanks for the suggestion, I went for them in the end as the frame was too big for microwave/freezer. They removed and remounted the picture from the frame and looks like they did a good job.
They did not fill the worm holes though, according to them it's not part of the deal; total price was 41 euro.
