Sorry sweetie, but this is Germany. EB is legally responsible for everything that appears on this board, both under civil and criminal law. Anyone injured by this stupidity could enjoin him in a lawsuit (as could that person's insurance provider) and EB's probably got deeper pockets than the idiot promoting this stupidity.
