St. Patrick's Day meet ups in Cologne

So i think it is falling to me, being Irish, and Helene (herself ), who studied in Ireland, to organise a Paddy's day meet.

First rule of said meet, thou shall not wear all green kapesh? (you can wear some green, I know I will be! )

So ideas?

I was thinking of maybe an Irish pub crawl?

We are in for whatever...what about the parade? Maybe before and after crawls...

Dont think there is a parade in Köln

I'm in of course, guess I'll leave my leprechaun costume and green hair dye at home then! /jk

We'll be like a mini Paddys Day Parade between the pubs! LOL!

@Spiller: what about starting on Alter Markt (Corkonian, Flanagans, Barneys) and finish at Jameson? this way we can end up the night going dancing to some place on Friesenstrasse or on the ring...!
What do you guys think?

oh and by the way, we may encounter some problems with the shamrocks...;-(( they don't seem to be growing very well !!!

ok so I've been told I made a complete ass of my self last saturday at the corkonian.

I am just hoping my fellow Toytowners can lend me the benefit of the doubt,
I must say that it was my first night out in Germany and I did go overboard...hence my behavior

worse case scenario is I will no longer be welcomed to future Toytown meet ups so I would just appreciate if everyone just forgets about how I acted last saturday and takes me for what I am worth this saturday (st pats) NO JAGEAR NO LIQUOR. you may continue to call me Hurricane Amanda just trust I will not need anyone to babysit me

right so decision time people! The kick off for the IRE - ENG game is 16:00 so if we said 15:30 at the Corkonian? Its only a suggestion what do other think?

Any of those pubs gonna have that legendary green beer? It's just not saint paddy's day without it.

I'm told its just us americans who dye their beer green, kinda a silly practice if you ask me
besides I bet it'd be too difficult to get the darker beers to that bright green color
