Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone had tried this course. It uses acting and theater to get people comfortable speaking german, it appeals to me because this is my biggest problem but just thought I'd see if anyone had any experience or opinions with it.

Share the love...

I've never heard of this class. Can you post a link to it? It certainly sounds fun and useful.

the link is www.wort-spiel.de and this is the general gist of it:

learn German through acting

Do you know some German but are afraid to speak?
Do you know lots of words but still find yourself sometimes speechless?

In this course we work exactly on these subjects through acting:
To let go of the fear and discuss many different themes,
taking on different roles and have fun doing it...
The method: saying a lot through simple words.
All levels are welcome, no experience in acting required.

courses start monthly and take place in the
Johannissstr. 6 in Berlin-Mitte
(S-Bahn Oranienburger Str. and U-Bahn Oranienburger Tor).

I think it could be interesting and really useful but just wanted to see if anyone had tried it before i part with the little money i have at the moment :S
