I've been living in Berlin for over 6 months now and one of the things I am missing (one of the very few things in fact) is motorsport, back in the UK I was actively involved in rallying (organizing, driving, marshalling and navigating) plus had a keen interest in drag racing (was building a car specifically for the strip, now on hold). As well as this I was a frequent spectator at circuits, short ovals, rally stages, drag strips etc.
However since moving out to Berlin I've not seen any sign of motorsport in the local area, am I not looking hard enough or is it a preserve of different regions and not something common in the northern climbs of Germany?

It'd be nice to be able to get out and see some "proper" racing and not just watch the occasional race or rally when I happen to catch it on the TV
