Where to get an Apple MacBook cleaned internally

Fixing a laptop computer after a liquid spillage

Hey there I'm just wondering if anybody knows or could recommend a place to get a macbook cleaned out internally. I had my laptop on the kitchen table and spilled some water on it. Immediately unplugged it, turned it over and dried it off turned it off, took the battery out. It is now sitting upside down on my desk drying out completely. There wasn't too much water and I'm pretty sure my baby is actually ok. I've read that water is the best thing to spill on a laptop and it shouldn't be too much of a problem, however people recommend that if you want to be pedantic that you should really get it cleaned by a specialist before turning it back on. So can anybody recommend a place where I could get my laptop properly cleaned out? I have an exam tomorrow and either after that or on friday I was going to take it into munich, but don't really know where to go. I don't think the apple place in munich (talstrasse) really doesn't maintenance however this is an assumption on my part. Please can somebody point me in the right way to getting my baby fixed. Also if you want to make jokes, take the piss and/or share stories to keep the thread relevant I would be much obliged.

Spilling any liquid on a laptop is bad. If indeed your computer is still working, you should consider yourself very lucky.
I killed a PowerBook G4 by spilling some water on it 3 years ago. Now I learned my lesson, I don't bring my laptop to the kitchen, I don't bring drinks anywhere near it, and if I throw a party I put it away in its bag.
About getting it cleaned, that is probably a good idea because it's going to take a while to dry, and components/circuits are going to oxidize. When I opened my PBG4 after a few days, it didn't look good in there...

Ok guys just to give an update and to thank everyone for their feedback. I went to Mikro at ASM elektroniks after a week of my computer sitting open and upside down. The dude was great, he was actually on holiday until yesterday, however I dropped my laptop off to him yesterday. I Called him up today and told me everything was in great working order. He stripped it down cleaned out the inside, found a bit of water that was still on the keyboard, put the whole thing back together and made sure everything was in working order. The dude said he did a half hours work on it and charged me 130 euros. i must admit I think 130 euros is a lot for half an hours work but I doubt he did only half an hours work on it. He did a great job and probably made the difference b/w small repair/cleanup and buying a new computer so all and all I think it was very worth while and happily paid the bill.

The guy is very friendly, professional and efficient. Most importantly his service doesn't include any bullshit. I can only recommend this fellow and the service he provides.
