Sunday brunch in Mainz - Frankfurt

ok... so I was thinking... would anyone be interested in having brunch on a Sunday morning? We could settle for one Sunday in March. My suggestion would be the restaurant Alex.

they have brunch from 9:00-14:30 and it costs 9.80€ for adults and 3€ for kids 6-10. I would also suggest, that the brunch would be for Toytowners as well as their family

They rather fancy Cafe Pomp though.

Do you have an internet address of that Cafe? I've only been to Alex like twice and that's the only thing I know... lol always open for more suggestions

They don't have a buffet and no kids specials as far as I know. Maybe a bit more expensive than the average cafe but the ambiance is nice. I'm not sure if you can get reservations though and it does get crowded. They have about 6-7 different breakfast menus which cost around €7 not including drinks. Food quality very good. For some reason the webpage is kaputt.

Of course Alex works just as well. Hauptsache: meetup.

hey do you have room for two more? I'm flying back from the UK on Sunday morning, and land around 9.30am, so when I'm through customs and picked up my friend in Frankfurt, why not toddle over to Mainz for brunch and meet you all???

What time does it start? And where is the place? I have a Navi system in my car called Julie, so will need a street address or webpage to get there!

Just to let the peeps know...girlfriend's b-day is today and have to spend the weekend with her (which means travelling 3 hours away), hence why I'm not making it...but will be on the next one with you all!!! Have fun, people!

Ah ha! I've just seen the time for the brunch - 11am!

So I land at 9.30am, assuming its on-time then I reckon I can get to FFM to pick up folks by 11am, then drive to Mainz. So won't be there probably till 12. OK for us to join then?

Alternatively, I can try and get the FFMers to go to Mainz and I drive directly there, and can give them a lift back.

Oh dear, it looks like the car-load from FFM will not be making it to Mainz on Sunday, so I'm afraid we will have to give it a miss this time. Sorry!! Please take us off the list.
