Moving to the Munich area and feeling nervous

Hi to to everyone i'm new to this forum today so be gentle with me, my husband has just got a 3-5yrs secondment to Eurofighter north of munich [ i think] i'm really nervous about it all can you guy reassure me it will be ok i'm 52yrs i dont speak any german i just get this idea off been stuck in an apartment alone all day. what are nice areas to live? Thanks

As for being stuck in an apartment - you will be if you let yourself be. If you grab the initiative there is plenty to see & do. You might not even want to go back.
