Easter markets in and around Munich
Dates, locations, and other info
Hello - I've heard that some German towns hold Easter Markets similar to the Christmas Markets but on a much smaller scale. Is this true and if so, does anyone know of any coming up?
Depends on what you are looking for. I know of a Arts n Crafts Market, to take place 9 March in Ottobrunn...never heard of Easter Markets as such though..

There's an Easter market in Fürstenfeldbruck at the Kloster, 29th Feb (14.00 - 19.00), 1st Mar (11.00 - 19.00) and 2nd Mar (11.00 - 18.00).

Check out http://www.ottobrunn.de under Veranstaltungen. This Market is organised by a couple of locals and takes place at Christmas, Easter and Autumn...not sure about Summer. Its quite nice actually, lots of stalls, well worth a visit. Its on the site of the Wolf Ferrari House in Ottobrunn.
