It s really hard time when you start a new job in a new country when you're not really fluent in German and when you just have 2 weeks to settling-in before having a crazy life with a lot of business trips.
It was exactly my case at the beginning of November 2007 when i started my new position in Munich . I didn t have so many time to take care about such details as landline telephone- internet connection - TV cable and i wanted to get it as fast as possible to keep connections with my friends.
Without looking for but thanks a recommendation of my company relocation agency i found Alex. I was once in his shop to express my needs . Alex gave me some advices to adress it then i choose the package i wanted and Alex took care of everything . Few days later everything was settling-in at home.
It definitely the most convenient solution i ve known .
That s the reason why i recommended his shop and his services to my colleagues the new comers from India - China -Denmark...it is definitely the easy-way solution.

I m happy to have had the opportunity to be assisted by Alex in my move from Paris to Munich.
His involvement secured a smooth, easy and pleasant transfert to Bavaria.
You can trust him .

I would like to wish alex all the best he disserves

I got Alex's contacts from my relocation consultant as someone who can help me set up a phone and internet. Let me tell you he was a lot more than a service provider! I was out of town so could not let the DT team in, so Alex waited for them on my behalf, and then came over to my house on a sunday evening (less than an hour after I got back from my trip) to hook up the hardware for me.

Not to mention that if you can't speak German, you have no chance in hell to get any service what-so-ever. That is where Alex comes in. He speaks very good English and takes care of everything for you.

Talk about going the extra mile for a customer...Alex goes the extra 10 miles!

I strongly recommend him!

Presumably this is only relevant if you live in Munich?
