Yellow recycling bags (Gelben Säcke)

I've got my booklet from the waste management company Stadtreinigung Hamburg: "Informationen rund um Abfall & Sauberkeit" In this book, it states, "Stellen Sie alles zum Abfuhrtag bis 6 Uhr morgens..." which means I should put it out there no later than 6 o'clock in the morning on the day they're picking it up. What I couldn't find is how early I'm allowed to put the bag out the night before.

Does anyone know?

It's Germany. I'm sure there's a law about it.

You must wait until after Psycho Grandma's evening constitutional. You may however place the bags in an orderly pile before Mr. Halb-Besoffen walks his terrier.

After I posted, I saw in the back of the booklet a link to their website, www.stadtreinigung-hh.de, where they claim to have Informationen für Ausländische Mitbürger, info for foreigners in English, Turkish, Polish and Russian. When you click on the Union Jack at the bottom of the page, it directs you to a banner advertising they speak English and to call their customer service line at 25760 if you have any questions. I gave it a try and they actually transfered me to someone who speaks English.

It turns out, we are allowed to place yellow bags of recyclables on the street starting at 8 PM the night before.
