Where to buy water pipes

Hookahs and their acrylic cousins

The head shop in Tal near Isartor is closed. I found this out yesterday as I stopped by to make good on a promise to a friend who lives in a land where such smoking accouterments are unavailable. In its place is some US-ghetto-wannabe shop with overpriced baggy shorts, shirts and shoes. It feels so urban. My friend, were he so inclined, would have no trouble obtaining any of this merchandise. He insists on a water pipe.

Where else in this town can you find a damned head shop?

Those who know me well enough can vouch that there must be an actual friend or acquaintance involved; this dog is well-known for keeping off the grass.

There's at least 2 ships selling quality glassware in Amalienpassage.

Dog keeping off the grass? You're only smoking the brown stuff now?

Never really liked it or its derivatives. I quit smoking cigarettes over four weeks ago. No smoke at all. My liver and lungs are both rather bored.

Headshops in Munich.

The one on BalanStr. has loads of pipes in the window.
Gen
Thalkirchnerstr. near Zenettistr has an "Asian Food Market" with mostly Turkish stuff and water pipes.

A smoker helped off cigarettes by the smoking ban??? wink.gif

Or maybe it was a New Year resolution? Or maybe he just wanted to? No need to turn this thread into another anti-smoking pro-smoking-ban thread. Enough of those already around.

On topic, I highly recommend the apple flavor tabac. Your friend can also mix 3/4 apple and 1/4 peppermint (and then the glycerin) for a very nice and smooth smoke. Also very good would be the multi-fruit and use the mutli-fruit flavored glycerin. Yummy.

Hear, hear! I quit because I was in a situation which made it easier to attempt once again: sick as -- you'll excuse the expression -- a dog, could barely breathe, had a nice big pile of meds to take away much of the pain but spent most of the week in bed anyway. The smoking ban made it a bit easier in the bar, but I was working in that smoke factory the last time I tried quit and that wasn't what caused me to start again.

There's a shop like that next to the Harras U/S-bahn station as well, lots of pipes and stuff in the window.

That's a plumber...

I think sparty is referring to the little Afghani shop in the corner. They do excellent basmati rice. smile.gif
