Not that this is a centralized event, but 40 bars and clubs are jointly promoting a big night out this Saturday in Mannheim (Mannheim mitten in der Nacht). I'm guessing it's a shared cover thing. If you're in Mannheim this probably isn't anything too far from the ordinary, but if you're not, like me, it's a good enough reason to bumble around the city and explore some new spots.
If anyone thinks they may do the same, please let me know. It would be great to meet some more people in the area.

I really have no idea. I don't know Mannheim as well as I should. But Blau, Soho and O-Ton look about my speed. But not really the speed of some people that may be joining me (possibly the reason why I don't know Mannheim as well as I'd like to).
After looking into it further, there's no shared cover. Not much of a shared anything, actually, other than some posters listing all the clubs involved and their addresses. So they are sharing paper, I guess, which is ecologically prudent of them, and possibly cause for celebration.
The promotional material says that it's the people out and about who will really make this night special. Sounds AMAZING!
