Tenant's rights upon leaving an apartment
How often can a landlord show the flat?
I'm moving out of my apartment and gave my landlord 3 months notice. Now it seems every other day she's wanting to show the apartment. What are my rights as far as getting notice to show. I'm tired of cleaning the place at her whim. I don't have time to clean the place on short notice, this is a 4 floor apartment with 2 teenage boys (messy).

It basically says your landlord has to tell you a few days in advance, you can set a time and day that's convenient for you and she has to respect that. One day per week for 3 hours should be enough time.
.. oh and you're also not required to clean.

It says that you have to have a 3 - 4 day notice, and if you are busy on the day your landlord wishes to show off the property they have to respect that.
