Singles meet up on Valentine's Day

How about having a singles' meet-up on valentines day? Just coffee, drinks, snacks ...

Any one finds it interesting? Who can arrange it? Where? what time?

Essen Barschwein, Padres and Negroni's are all good place for mixing, you have movement if you get spots at the bar.

Negroni is too dangerous for me never been to eat the rich, but don't fancy the idea of a "singles party". What were the other options?

I´ve been to Eat the Rich once and it was so crowded that it was impossible to move, and drunken generic blond Schwabing Tussis kept falling on me while dancing. I actually had to catch one before she hit the ground. The guys might like the sound of that, but I don´t.

what about Padres otherwise? Or does any one know a place where we could may be eat something and have some live music in the same area?

Live music? I have no idea. Barschwein (the tengstrasse one) sounds ok (mainly because I have never been there!) Enchiladas (where the sunday chill out was) was also nice.

this sounds very nice (at least to me) so I called the place and they would have room tomorrow, with live music starting form 20.00. I will call them around 11.30 am tomorrow to tell them more precisely the number of people. Is that ok for oyu? and how many people/who shall I count in? Cheers

Was at the Potting Shed tonight for the Translator's do, and though it's a really nice place, small and quiet, lovely staff and well decorated, nice snacky food, it's not really a move around type singles meet up place. Not that I really want to meet up, but I think I am in the mood for a bit more lively crowd.

Since I am new to the forum I am really very open to other proposals, and I haven't been to most of these places, so...for me another place is also fine, I think it is only necessary to find a compromise ;-) And personally I am not into very crowded places, but moving around is fine with me.

Unless at least 10 people post a message until 11 am saying that they want to meet at the shedding pot I will call them and cancel ok?

I'm going to Lebenslust, if anyone feels like meeting up. The more the merrier. Otherwise it sounds like Eat the Rich's party is where some others will be.

Just turn up before 8pm, smile, relax and you will have no problems to find anyone in the place. It's quite small and cosy.

Cafe Lebenslust - U2 to Hohenzollernplatz, place is on the corner of Herzog and Erich-Kästner. I should be there around 7 - I look a bit like my profile picture and am meeting at least one other tterin there.
