Does anyone know where I can find Steel Cut Oats and if they are in the supermarket, where do I look for them. I am not seeing them in the cereal section.

Also, I would like to be able to find stock cubes or powder that is really low in Sodium or Sodium Free any ideas of where I could find this?

Thanks

I wish I could help. I am new to Germany and am searching for ANY low sodium products, especially soups, stocks, etc.

TT thread on stock and steel cut oats are basically wholegrain rough cut oatmeal.

You will be very hard pushed to find low-salt stocks in Germany (as a pal once said to me "Maggi makes everything taste German"), either import (try Kallo in the UK for example) or try a healthfood store that stocks the Rapunzel ones (low rather than no salt).
Good luck!
