Options for sports and keeping fit in Düsseldorf

Hello,

I've just moved from London to Düsseldorf for the forseeable future and wonder if anyone can offer advice:

I want to do some sport to keep fit. Ideally I'd like to play regular tennis or squash - does anybody know of any clubs with leagues/teams in Düsseldorf or just want to play, or I'd be open to any suggestions on other sports as well.

I would like to play some sport, I suggested some team games, but no reply.

I never played squash, but I wouldn´t mind trying it. Let me know if you need a partner, I need to travel though from wuppertal, but it´s quick.

Squash you can play in XXL Sports in Duisburg (not really in central Duisburg just 10 mins drive from Kaiserswerth), not that easy to get to on tram as it includes a bit of a walk from U79 line. I play tennis there.

Cosmo Sports in Gerreheim. You can get a bus(es) there. More central in Duesseldorf. I used to play footy there.
