Hi

We're looking for a piano teacher in Munich for our two kids - 10 (girl) & 13 (boy) years old. In English. Preferably someone with experience teaching kids and knowledge of the US or UK teaching systems. Would prefer to be taught at home once or twice a week, but can travel to lessons if necessary.

Please send replies with a brief biography of the teacher and lesson rates.

Many thanks

Hi Ejmr,

I am from California and studied piano at UC San Diego and the Royal Conservatory in The Netherlands. In The Netherlands I taught between 15 - 20 children piano lessons for three years, the children being English, American, and Dutch. I am very interested in teaching your two children. I feel that once per week is best, I could come to your home (I live in Schwabing and have just moved here from Florida).

Of course at the beginning, there is always a trial to see that everyone gets along and that the lessons are interesting enough for the kids, so we could start with one hour per week, split between the two children. My rate is 45 euro per hour. We can then extend the lessons if necessary. Have they already had lessons in the past?

Please let me know if my service interests you, and we can then set up a lesson.
