
Were the applicants told to keep it simple so the drunks would recognize the poster and remember where they are? I mean, memory cards? Seriously. Oliver Weiss, a graphics designer from Grassau (close to the Chiemsee), received €2500 for the design itself and €5000 royalties for his simplistic poster that will be posted worldwide and grace the official Wiesn-Maßkrug.
Second prize went to Susanne Kinau and Maximilian Knodel, their design shows a red heart between the silhouettes of a couple holding hands. Too far off topic? At least a grown-up design. They received €1250.

There was no third place due to lack of quality.
