Address: Rosenthaler Str. 39; 10178 Berlin -- all the way to the backyard, on your right. Ubahn Weinmeister Str., Sbahn Hackescher Markt, Tram M1, M4, M5. Tickets are 6.50Euros.

See you there! GF

Very, very good film. I posted to TT about it earlier: Movie: Control

Incidently, Sam Riley, the actor who plays Ian Curtis, currently lives in Berlin.

Enjoy!

I might head along to this - will know tomorrow.

Hi F.,

I think i will pop along as well. I'll confirm tomorrow. If i don't get a ticket i'll watch sth else and we can meet up afterwards.
Girl_Fred
@ Jamesm -- Would be nice if you came along. I'd be amazed if there was a problem getting tickets. And yes, Hackesche Hoefe Movie Theatre is right next door, with plenty to choose from. But if you come to the theatre a quarter to 8, really there shouldn't be a problem. Cheers GF

This is a great movie and very faithful to the original book published back in the 1990s.

Sam Riley's depiction of Curtis' onstage characteristics are of doppelganger proportions, also the guy that plays Hooky get some good lines.

A must for anyone who is interested in the development of alternative music.
Der Holländer
I am coming too and bring another 'Holländer' who is visiting me. See you all at 7.45u in the central.
